Refund policy

No item may be returned without prior authorization. We may take back certain items at our sole discretion within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase. To request a return, contact us at orders@inductionfilm.com and list the item(s) and state the reason for the return request. If we accept the return, a restocking fee of 15% will apply for every item being returned. We will credit the Buyer's account the refunded amount to be used for a future purchase. Buyer will pay for all shipping and transportation costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.
